The staff Jasmina was so honest and caring! She found my husband’s wallet on the bus and made all effort to come back where we hopped off and returned the wallet with all the bank cards in it just before we left for our train to Rome! We were about to give up looking for the wallet. He tried to trace back all his steps looking for the wallet... we lost hope... we tried to go to the city sightseeing office, but it was already closed. My husband decided to go wait for hop on hop off bus hoping he dropped it on the bus.... Jasmina was so excited to see my husband and gave him his wallet! we cried in relief. More than words can say, we are indeed thankful that there are still honest and caring people these days! Getting on the bus was a wonderful experience. We had a very limited time in Florence, so this was a very good way to see the the beauty of the City in such a short time.
