Departure Point: Stop#1, Arlington National Cemetery Welcome Center, Arlington, VA 22211. (Please arrive 30 minutes prior to departure time)
To reach there take the Metro Blue Line from Washington Metro Station. The Metro stops right at Arlington National Cemetery.
Mobile and paper vouchers are both accepted.
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
Tickets are valid until end of business day on date of use.
Reservation Notes: Reservations are NOT needed or accepted. Tickets can be used on any operating day within 12 months of the purchase date.

Assistance animals, such as seeing-eye dogs, are the only animals that are allowed on board the trolleys.
Seating is on a first come first serve basis.
All US guests must provide a State or Government Issued picture ID.
Visitors 16 and 17 may present a valid school ID. All foreign guests must present a PASSPORT. Foreign ID Cards will not be accepted.
Handicap-accessible vehicles available upon request. Handicapped plus one guest ride free with valid government issued ID.
