The tour includes walking long distances, we suggest you to wear proper attire.
The pickup time varies between 30-60 minutes before the start of the tour.
Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby atleast 10-20 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
The vehicle would wait at a maximum for 5 minutes for the guest, so that the other guests at the next pick-up location are not delayed.

The safari vehicle is for 6 persons in UAE.
The tour is not recommended for people with any medical conditions. Children below 4 years are under their parent's responsibility during Safaris.
After the tour, our vehicle will drop off the passengers at their hotel.
For clients in SHARJAH, JEBEL ALI or AJMAN hotels: we charge a supplement of 15$ pp for pick up.
Smoking is prohibited in all our vehicles.
Before Photographing any local residents, kindly ask their permission. Photographing local ladies is not permitted.
Meals are based on food only basis, any beverages (alcoholic / non alcoholic) will be charged as per consumption and to be paid directly at the spot.

Please make sure that you will BOOK or have booked with your own credit card . Your original credit card used for that booking along your PASSPORT will be needed and controlled on SITE . Please make sure that you will have those elements available .
Tour operator will have the right to deny you access to the excursion if you do no have these elements . We cannot accept third party credit card booking . All bookings should be using personal credit cards .
