Although we do not guarantee bulk deals for all our tours, there are some tours for which we can offer discounted pricing. Ordinary hop-on-hop-off bus tickets are entitled to group savings. Attractions, pass items and combo tickets aren't.

Due the nature of this type of tour and varying demand, group travellers should be aware that there is no guarantee that the group will be able to travel altogether as the available seats vary from stop to stop and depends on demand each day. The group may need to split up and/or wait for the next bus(s).

As, we cannot guarantee that the group shall be able to travel together as one group, therefore we will reduce the group size down to 4-5 smaller groups per ticket (depending upon group size).

The pickup time varies between 30-60 minutes before the start of the tour.

Less than 5 years and more than 70 years passenger will not be allowed to fly.
Maximum weight for any passenger will be 120kgs (if exceeds then two tickets need to be purchased).
Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby atleast 10-20 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.

The vehicle would wait at a maximum for 5 minutes for the guest, so that the other guests at the next pick-up location are not delayed.

We encourage you to give us the local contact, email or mobile as our customer service duty is to reconfirm and give accurate information.

For clients in SHARJAH, JEBEL ALI or AJMAN hotels: we charge a supplement of 15$ pp for pick up.

Before Photographing any local residents, kindly ask their permission. Photographing local ladies is not permitted.

Meals are based on food only basis, any beverage(alcoholic/non-alcoholic) will be charged as per consumption and to be paid directly at the stop.
Helicopter, Seaplane or Balloon Tours require all passengers to hold their passports.
All guests should carry their passport for that excursion, and photography is forbidden.
