Mobile vouchers and printed vouchers are accepted at all stops.
Customers with Bus & Boat Combo ticket, please ensure you must redeem your ticket on bus, prior to boat tour. Tickets can not be redeemed on the boat.
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.

Boat Tour:

  • Operational season: 05 May - 20 October except 09 May
  • First Tour: 11:00am, Last Tour: 5:00pm.
  • The boat tour now departs from 21 Fontanka River Embankment (near Faberge Museum).
  • You must first go to the bus to validate their ticket before being able to access the boat.
