The tour includes walking long distances, we suggest you to wear proper attire.Gray Line reserves the right to change the itinerary or cancel the tour due to events being celebrated in the city or force majeure reasons.
Passport details are required at the time of booking for all participants and a current valid passport is required on the day of travel.
You will be picked up from your hotel on Argentinian side only.
Please note that there are some hotels in the city that are not included in our pickup routes. If the hotel is not included, we will contact you to inform you of the closest pickup location.

By disposal of the Iguazu National park, the entrance to the National park on the Argentinian side must be purchased obligatory prior to the date of the tour since the daily entry to the park are limited.
There are 2 options to purchase tickets:
Option 1: Entering directly the link of the National Park administration:
https://ventaweb.apn.gob.ar/reserva/parques where you must enter the personal data of each visitor and select the visiting time of 09:00am, 09:15am, 09:30am, or 09:45am.
It is important that you select any of the 4 times mentioned, in case of selecting another you will not have access to the regular tour or the possibility of doing the contracted excursion, remember to read the terms and conditions of purchase since National parks reserves the right to refunds.
Please note that once the information has been entered and the ticket purchase process has finished, there is no possibility of making modifications without a new purchase without the right to claim a refund.
Option 2: As soon as you arrive in the city of Puerto Iguazu, contact the local operator at the destination who will provide assistance for the advance purchase of the entrance to the National Park.
